GET FIT Roti is fully cooked and shipped with frozen gel packs in insulated wrap so it is safe for transportation. We ship with USPS Priority Mail in contiguous USA. Transit time is 1 -3 business days. You will receive a tracking number after we ship.
We ship on Monday and Wednesday to maintain freshness in transit. Orders received after 11 a.m. on Wednesday will be shipped the following week.
Refrigerate immediately or freeze for extended shelf life up to 3 months.
Tip: If you are home when the package is delivered, refrigerate immediately for freshness. If you are not home and you retrieved the package later in the day, we recommend freezing immediately.
GET FIT Roti is precooked, ready to heat and eat.
Microwave: Reheat for 30 seconds in a microwave. Place between sheets of a damp paper towel to keep the roti soft for wraps.
Hot Griddle: Allow the griddle to get hot. Then place GET FIT Roti on it and heat while flipping on both sides for 30 seconds each. GET FIT Roti does not puff up when reheated.
Open Flame: Heat flipping over an open flame if you enjoy a slightly smoky flavor and some charring along the edges.
Do NOT overheat or the roti will turn crisp!
