How does my subscription work?

When you subscribe to GET FIT Roti, you'll receive a shipment of fresh roti at a frequency you choose (every 1,2, 3 or 4 weeks). You will enjoy a 25% discount including free shipping. You will receive a notification 3 days prior to each shipment. Your card will be charged each time your rotis are shipped. You have complete control of your subscription - no obligations!

May I cancel my subscription?

Yes, of course - we require that you commit to three shipmentsAfter the first three shipments, you may cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your user profile or by calling our team at (650) 492-7080 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

What if I need to cancel my subscription before the three shipments are completed?   If you need to cancel your subscription anytime before your three shipments are completed, we charge a basic cancellation fee of $10. Email (eatwell@heartnspice.com) or call our team at (650) 492-7080 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST Monday through Friday, and we can help you with that cancellation.

May I skip a shipment for any reason?

Definitely. If you are traveling or don’t feel like eating roti, simply log into your account, go to your delivery schedule, choose the date you want to change and click Skip to skip the delivery. You can even schedule this for up to 4 weeks in advance.

May I pause/change my subscription? How?

You may pause or make changes to your subscription, such as altering the frequency of shipments, from your user profile. Or, if you need help, just contact our team at eatwell@heartnspice.com or (650) 492-7080.
