Think Low Carb Is Not A Fad Diet?

Low carb lifestyles are the healthiest, easiest and most effective way to lose weight and reverse metabolic disease in most people. That is a scientific fact.

  1. Reduce body fat more than calorie-restricted low-fat diets. (1).

  4. Increase HDL (the good) cholesterol much more (89).
