The wraps are self-assembled and great fun for all the family. Easily doubled for a crowd, too.

Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes
1 Mis-En-Place: 1) Crush garlic 2) Dice red onion 3) Chop tomatoes 4) Rinse and drain kidney beans 5) Chop button mushrooms 6) Finely chop broccoli 7) Chop red bell pepper
2 Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and fry the garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
3 Add the mushroom, broccoli and red pepper and continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes.
4 Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil over and a medium heat and simmer for another 10 minutes until everything is cooked through.
5 Spread the mix evenly on the wrap and repeat the same for remaining others. It can be eaten along with baked sweet potato too.
6 Add some Greek Yogurt or extra chili powder to adjust the level of spice as desired.
