These fusion-inspired Roti Tacos combine the sizzle of Jamaican Jerk with the antioxidant power of GET FIT Turmeric Roti and heart healthy arginine. Add fresh mango and grilled pineapple to cool the hot sizzle of Jerk.

Prep time: 120 min. | Cook time: 30 min.
1 Mis-En-Place: 1) Drain black beans 2) Shredd purple cabbage 3) Cut lime into 8 wedges
2To prepare jerk chicken, combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
3 Add chicken to jerk mixture, turning to coat. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
4 While chicken marinates, preheat grill.
5 Place beans in a small saucepan over medium heat.
6 Cook for 5 minutes, lightly mashing beans with a wooden spoon.
7 Keep warm.
8 Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
9 Grill chicken until done, about 4-6 minutes on each side.
10 Slice chicken into strips and set aside.
11 Heat GET FIT roti I in a microwave for 5 -10 secs.
12 Place GET FIT roti on a flat work surface and smear evenly with mashed beans.
13 Top evenly with chicken and cabbage.
14 Top each taco with 2 tablespoons salsa.
15 Serve with lime wedges and remaining salsa.
