GET FIT Tortilla French Toast is the cross over between tortillas and French Toast.
Its very simple but amazingly delicious melt in your mouth recipe. Bon appétit!
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes
Serves: 8 (1 tortilla each)
1 Mis-En-Place: 1) Beat the eggs 2) Slice strawberries
2 Blend egg, eggnog or milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla in a large flat pan.
3 Submerge each tortilla into the batter and place directly on a non stick skillet over medium high heat.
4 Cook until lightly browned on each side.
5 Place tortilla on a flat work surface.
6 Spread chocolate hazelnut butter over the tortillas, layer a row of fresh strawberries on one side of the tortilla and roll.
7 Serve hot. Bon appétit!
