Mis-En-Place: 1) Cut GET FIT Tortillas into triangles (6 triangles each) 2) Chop Almonds 3) Grate Crystallized Ginger

Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and shallow-fry the GET FIT Tortilla triangles. If you do not want to to fry them, you can spray both sides with olive oil and bake at 350F for 4 minutes on each side. Allow it to cool.

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave

Dip the edges of the GET FIT Tortilla Triangles in the melted chocolate. Lay on waxed paper. Sprinkle grated crystallized ginger, chopped almonds, Tenny M&M's and sprinkles. Allow to set before serving.

Serve with hot melted chocolate, if desired.

Low Carb Tips: To keep it low carb, use dark chocolate chips and dip on coconut flakes, chopped almonds, or try topping with sea salt flakes!
