GET FIT Tortillas are totally willing to learn new tricks. We still love the architecture of quesadillas, but we’re not letting convention get in the way of more extreme forms of GET FIT Tortilla enjoyment - try this for a fun Valentine's Day treat!
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes
1 Mis-En-Place: 1) Cut GET FIT Tortillas into triangles (6 triangles each) 2) Chop Almonds 3) Grate Crystallized Ginger
2 Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and shallow-fry the GET FIT Tortilla triangles. If you do not want to to fry them, you can spray both sides with olive oil and bake at 350F for 4 minutes on each side. Allow it to cool.
3 Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave
4 Dip the edges of the GET FIT Tortilla Triangles in the melted chocolate. Lay on waxed paper. Sprinkle grated crystallized ginger, chopped almonds, Tenny M&M's and sprinkles. Allow to set before serving.
5 Serve with hot melted chocolate, if desired.Low Carb Tips: To keep it low carb, use dark chocolate chips and dip on coconut flakes, chopped almonds, or try topping with sea salt flakes!
