Basil Avocado Dip with Turmeric GET FIT Roti Crisps

Inspiration:

Here's a perfect springtime treat - A mild, creamy, and perfectly balanced sweet and tart flavored dip. Serve it with Get FIT Tortilla or Get FIT Roti chips and cucumber slices.

Method

1 Mis-En-Place: 1) Pit and peel avocado 2) Chop basil, garlic

2 Place all ingredients in bowl of a food processor.

3 Process until smooth, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary. Taste for seasoning.

4 Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and shallow-fry the GET FIT Turmeric Roti. If you do not want to to fry them, you can spray both sides with olive oil and bake at 350F for 4 minutes on each side. Allow it to cool.

5 Serve the crisps with chilled dip and cucumber slices.

1 7-ounce container Greek yogurt (1 scant cup)
1 Ripe Avocado
½ Teaspoon Honey, or to taste
1 to 2 Teaspoons Lime Juice, or to taste
¼ Cup Fresh Basil
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Pinch of fine Sea Salt, more to taste
